The Town of Oyen is fortunate to have a not for profit organization operating a Handibus for our community. The Handibus is spacious enough to handle 20 passengers with room for 2 wheelchairs.

Members can travel on the Handibus within town at no charge.

The Oyen Auxiliary Hospital and the Seniors Lodge both contribute to the operating budget, so residents in these facilities do not require an individual membership. Tuesdays there is a regular bus run from the Lodge and Auxiliary Hospital to the downtown area. For all other pickups please phone and make your reservation.

Currently the Handibus Association has purchased a new 2010 Handibus, and is selling there 1999 Ford F350 18 passenger van with a V10 Engine, 126,000 km., wheel chair lift. Asking $25,000.00. For more information please call Manfred at (403) 664-0957
