Make your child's Summer one to remember. Summer Fun is a theme based day camp for children ages 6-12 (must have completed Kindergarten). Maximum enrollment is 14 children per week. Summer Fun runs July 6th to August 7th, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are located in the “Fad Pad” in the basement of the St. Peters Lutheran Church.

Week #1- Going Green July 6 - 10
-Field trip to Forks Prairie Orchard

PLUS: "Going Green In The Park" celebration in partnership with Communities in Bloom

Week #2- That's Creative July 13 - 17
-Field trip to Empress for sessions with artisans Pat Donaldson of That'sEmpressive! and Aaron Stienley of Knarls and Knots

PLUS: Building birdhouses with woodworker Darrow Tye

Week #3- Glode Trotting July 20 - 24
-Field trips to the Crossroads Museum and a local archeolgy site with first nations artifacts

PLUS: Making perogies with Annie Smigelski

Week #4- Fun with Food July 27 - July 31
-Field trip to Acadia Colony and the Prairie Elevator in Acadia Valley

Week #5- Adventure Camp Aug 4 - Aug 7
-Field trip to the Mudd Buttes

Registration forms may be picked up at the Oyen FCSS office located 313-3rd Avenue East (in the Dental Building), or at the Town Office located at 201 Main Street.
