Regular Council Meetings are held in the Town Office Council Chambers and are open to the public. Special Council Meetings will be posted here and to the Town of Oyen Facebook Page when necessary. Visit the Council Agenda & Minutes page to view past documents.

If the public has questions or concerns they can approach one the following council members, or send a formal letter to the Chief Administrative Officer at cao@oyen.ca. Matters to be taken to council must be submitted to the CAO one (1) week before the Regular Council Meeting (2nd Tuesday of each month).
